I am a professional, licensed massage therapist working in Austin, TX  My education includes certification from two of the finest schools of massage therapy in the country-- The Lauterstein-Conway Massage School (April 1999) in Austin and The Swedish Institute (April 2001) in Manhattan.  My massage practice is augmented by physical fitness training from New York Sports Clubs and Equinox.

I lived in New York City from 1999-2006.  During my time in NYC, I worked as a personal trainer and massage therapist at several of the best spas and gyms in the city. In addition, I contracted with chiropractors to provide massage to their clients in their offices.  I also maintained a private practice in massage therapy, and in January 2006, I was voted one of the top ten best massage therapists in NYC on Citysearch.com.

While in New York City, I also provided sport massages for the runners after the New York City Marathon in 2003 and 2004.

Through my experience as a massage therapist and a personal trainer, I have developed a personal style that many "active" clients--including professional dancers and weekend athletes--have found not only healing, but rejuvenating as well.   Many are especially happy with my emphasis on stretching, an area often neglected by other therapists.

Although I specialize in sports massage and deep tissue, any and all clients experiencing tense muscles from work at the office or long commutes will come to appreciate the value of my healing touch.
